A comprehensive renovation created more clarity on the interior while respecting the historic vernacular of the home. More than half of the structure was preserved, but poorly conceived additions were removed, and new additions were designed with deference to the original home’s scale.

Inside, a completely reconfigured floor plan makes use of central spines, inserting new logical procession throughout the home.
