This new Federal Colonial home was designed to fit squarely into its neighborhood, an affluent area established in the late nineteenth century and largely developed in the early twentieth. It takes inspiration from the nearby Colonial Revival and Georgian homes designed by Royal Barry Wills in the 1930s and ’40s.
