Built in the 1970s as a replica of a nineteenth-century Greek Revival farmhouse, this home on a corner lot in Edgartown’s rural Katama Plains district lacked authenticity. To remedy this and to expand the home to fit the clients’ large program, a renovation added historic details and nearly tripled the square footage.
