This project, situated on a small corner lot, comprised the restoration and renovation of an eighteenth-century cape house and a small barn, reimagined as a pool cabana, plus the construction of a carriage house. These are joined by an “Edgartown fence”—white pickets capped by a rail unique to this locale.
