• Osterville Captain’s Compound – Excellence in Remodeling a single-family home $3.5 – 5M (Gold)
• East Bay Road – Excellence in Remodeling a single-family home $1 – 3.5M (Gold)
• Flip Flop – Excellence in Remodeling a single-family home under $250,000 (Gold)
• South Water Street Revisited – Excellence in Remodeling Historic Renovation $5M and over (Silver)

Established in 2012, the BRICC Awards are presented biennially to outstanding builders, remodelers, architects, designers, and other housing-related professionals.
