Milly, the team mascot is an eight year old golden retriever who brings great joy to our office and clients who visit. Her favorite snack is “bread” of any kind.
Nancy has over thirty years of interior design experience both in the hospitality and residential design. Nancy has been an integral part of Patrick Ahearn Architect LLC practice for over twenty years. Focusing on interior specifications and finishes for many of the firm’s award winning residential projects, including the recently awarded Chatham Preservation Award from the Chatham Historical Commission for the restoration of the Thomas Smith House.
Michael Cahn graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture. In addition to the core curriculum Michael also focused on architecture visualization and urban planning, collaborating with companies such as; Audi AG. Before joining the Patrick Ahearn team, Michael worked for a residential firm in Orleans, Massachusetts gaining valuable design experience on Cape Cod.
Peter Fletcher graduated from The Boston Architectural College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architectural Technology. In the fifteen years prior to joining Patrick Ahearn he has worked for several architectural firms and a high end millwork company gaining him extensive detailing and construction experience. He has been involved in the construction of several high end custom homes in Boston and Cape Cod area. In addition to architecture he has very close family connection to Martha’s Vineyard dating back the 1930’s.
Edward Gaffney graduated from Assumption College, MA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Science and Chemistry. Additionally, he received a Master of Architecture Degree from the Boston Architectural College. He has worked at several architectural firms prior to joining Patrick Ahearn Architect eight years ago. In addition he also teaches design at the New England School of Art & design at Suffolk University.
JAMES GOLDEN AIA
James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Building Technology from New England Institute of Technology with Honors and he also holds his Master of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College. Not only is James a member of the Boston Society of Architects and the American Institute of Architects, but he also obtained a NCARB certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has extensive technical and design experience gained over the last eleven years of practice.
Colby Mauke graduated from Hobart College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture and Studio Art and he is currently in his second year of the Masters of Architecture program at Boston Architectural College. Prior to Joining Patrick Ahearn, Colby gained experience working with a construction company on Cape Cod and a high end custom furniture company in New York.
Cesar graduated with Honors from the New England Institute of Technology, Warwick R.I. with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Building Design and Technologies. He has gained considerable technical experience over the last fourteen years of practice between building technology and design.
Katie Nolan is Director of Marketing and Web Development for Patrick Ahearn. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Marketing and a Masters in Interactive Media from Elon University, NC. She is responsible for all social media development, print advertising, and award presentations for the firm as well as all web development.
MICHAEL TARTAMELLA, AIA
Michael Tartamella holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University. He is a member of the Boston Society of Architects and the American Institute of Architects. In addition, Michael has obtained a NCARB certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He brings a diverse background in both commercial and residential projects and has worked with architectural firms in New England, Long Island, and Washington D.C. prior to joining Patrick Ahearn Architect LLC over twelve years ago.
