Snow's Point

Small Pleasures

A tiny home on the island of Chappaquiddick has spectacular views, ocean breezes and a surprising sense of spaciousness. In short, it has everything one happy couple needs.

The couple once owned a much bigger place on Chappaquiddick, where they’d summered happily for years, but it had one irreconcilable flaw. It wasn’t on the water. “For a man, especially,” says the wife, “having his own dock that he can pull his boat up to is a big deal. He can spend hours down there just puttering around, moving a rope from one cleat to another.”

Snow’s Point was featured in New England Home, July/August 2007 issue.
