His and Hers Villa by the Sea

For this pair of active homeowners, life by the sea requires plenty of space to accommodate and entertain grown children and grandchildren. When the couple first met with Patrick Ahearn of Ahearn | Schopfer and Associates to discuss the redesign of their home, their wish list included a new front entry, kitchen, family room, media room, a his and hers bathroom suite, and a new carriage house wing complete with mudroom and pantry. For an entirely fresh feel, they also wanted all new details and finishes both inside and out.
