Good design has the power to improve lives.  Now more than ever, as we spend more time at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, the value of hearth and home is at the forefront.  In order to assist homeowners who are thinking about augmentations and changes to their property, we are pleased to launch a first-ever virtual consultation service with Patrick himself.

Together with homeowners in a virtual setting, Patrick is able to begin discussions surrounding needs and wants, interior and exterior design elements, zoning considerations, and more.  It’s the first step in a journey of change, now available online.

How it works:

Step 1

Email us at with “Virtual Consultation” in the subject. Include brief details about your goals along with an address, identifiable photos, any available floorplans, a rough budget, and any other information you think would be helpful.


Step 2

If your project is accepted into the program, a member of our team will reach out to gather additional information and schedule a 45-minute video consultation with Patrick.

Step 3

After the initial video consultation, Patrick will evaluate your project and deliver a package of recommendations. In total, a homeowner can expect to spend a total of 45 minutes with Patrick online as he provides thoughtful ideas and perspectives on a prospective project.

How is this service different than hiring us to be your architect?

This service is designed for homeowners who are not ready to commit to hiring an architect but are seeking guidance in terms of design possibilities and/or improvements.

Why do I have to apply?

Submitting a request does not guarantee a virtual consultation. With so many submissions, we have to choose the projects that best fit the program.

What does the program cost?

The Virtual Consultation fee varies based on the size of the project. After we evaluate your request, we will share a fee that is appropriate.

Will you consider a project outside of New England?

Yes, absolutely! We have designed homes all over the country, and even the world.

How do I send photos and other files that are too big to email?

The more information you provide, the better. If the files are too big to send over an email, you can use either DropBox or WeTransfer.

When will I find out if I have been chosen to be a part of the program?

Our team will do their best to respond to all requests within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
