Timeless in New York City

11.06.2018

Autumn in New York is Timeless in New York! On Thursday, November 1st, we had the great pleasure of speaking at the historic Joseph I. Lubin House on the beautiful Upper East Side of Manhattan. The townhouse, which serves as home base for Syracuse University’s NYC operations, was an ideal venue to meet and mingle with our New York clients, friends, family, and colleagues.

The evening began with a festive cocktail reception in the 1870’s Room, a gorgeous, wood-paneled room restored as a “historic and ceremonial space” to gather. Guests then moved downstairs to the Pergament Room for the book presentation and to take part in a lively Q&A discussion about architectural and design inspiration. We were thrilled to see so many familiar faces in the audience – as well as many new friends we were delighted to meet and talk with.

After the lecture, the celebration continued back upstairs where guests socialized and enjoyed a fabulous array of Spanish tapas and Tuscan Antipasti. There was great energy in the room – laughter, lively discussion, and a palpable sense that everyone appreciated the unequaled feeling of autumn in New York. We were grateful to share the evening with such a wonderful group of people.

Next up on our Timeless book tour is Wellesley Free Library on November 29th and then Chatham Bars Inn December 6th. Local and holiday presentations not to be missed! Please visit https://patrickahearn.com/timeless-book/ to RSVP.
