There’s a special feeling at Patrick’s pair of cottages, affectionately named Flip Flop, which are nestled among the Aquinnah dunes on Martha’s Vineyard. Now totally restored and updated, the property originally held two modest beach shacks on an oceanfront parcel of land. The transformation was honored with an award for renovation, and has been featured in print time and again.
This summer, for the first time ever, Patrick shared an up-close-and-personal tour of Flip Flop with the Magnolia Network for their Beach Cottage Chronicles program. Just last week, the episode was made available to HBO Max subscribers.
